Case study 01 · Sausalito, CA

Schoonmaker Point Marina.

A historic Richardson Bay marina with working sailboats, liveaboards, visitors, gates, docks, cards, and keys, and real day-to-day access needs.

In 2024, Schoonmaker became HarborKey's first production installation. When their existing gate-entry platform reached a technological dead end, we integrated the old system into HarborKey so the marina transitioned smoothly, without disrupting operations.

Today HarborKey runs access across the whole facility, and the work here continues to shape the features built into the platform. WebPerception also designed and runs Schoonmaker's WiFi and camera systems, so the entire site is managed end to end by one team.
